Our consultation service is the perfect way to sit down with our Provider, Aida Koni, or one of our experts and design a personalized treatment plan that works for you and your goals. Call 860.729.4646 to set an appointment. Consultations by phone are NOT available.

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Cash, and Flawless Medical Aesthetics gift certificates. We DO NOT carry personal checks. When you purchase a treatment, the FULL payment must be made at the beginning of your service. Tips may be paid in cash or charged to your credit card. 18-22% is customary. However, the amount you leave is genuinely at your discretion.
We provide each client with a formed consent that the patient has an opportunity to be an informed participant in their health care and esthetic decisions. The nature of the decision/procedure. The relevant risks, benefits, and uncertainties related to the service are required.
Unfortunately, skincare products, spa treatments, and gift cards are not refundable. Prices of all services and products are subject to change without notice.
We respectfully request that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy offers you two options:
– You may opt to shorten your treatment.
– You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time.
We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. You will be texted and receive an email reminder the day before to confirm your appointment. As a courtesy to our other clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24-hour notice of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a $40 charge for your subsequent scheduled treatment.
A spa gift certificate contains the value used to purchase products and services at the same discount. This certificate cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates. The certificate must be presented at the time of service or product required. The Flawless Medical Aesthetics gift certificate is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. This card is nontransferable, and Flawless Medical Aesthetics is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of the certificate. The gift certificate has an expiration date.
They are greatly appreciated and are the highest compliment you could give us! To show our appreciation, if the patient you refer purchases a treatment, you will receive a 10% credit for any service you choose.
